When ordering from the Aldi online shop, shipping costs apply. These amount to a flat rate of 4.95 euros. If the ordered goods have to be sent as bulky goods, an additional charge of 9.95 euros will be charged; if the goods are delivered by a freight forwarder, the additional costs are 29.95 euros.

If you have purchased an item from the Aldi online shop, you have 90 days after delivery to decide whether you want to return it. However, you have to send them back. It is not possible to return items purchased in the online shop to the branches.
