Alec Baldwin: The actor will be back on a sitcom soon

Alec Baldwin plays a man in a new series by the "Modern Family" makers who relives his old flat share.

The television network ABC has commissioned a sitcom with Alec Baldwin (62, "Getaway") and Kelsey Grammer (65, "Frasier"), as reported by "The Wrap", among others. The as yet nameless series is supposed to be about three men who lived together in their twenties before they were driven apart by their egos. Decades later, the trio meets again "to relive the life they have always wished for."

Baldwin and Grammer last appeared together on the hit sitcom "30 Rock". Baldwin played there from 2006 to 2013. In the new sitcom, the two are said to represent two of the roommates, the third in the group is still being cast. Both actors are also involved as executive producers on the series. The material was produced and written by Chris Lloyd (60) and Vali Chandrasekaran, who celebrated great success with the series "Modern Family".
