(Boursier.com) — Following the conversions of 24 OCEANES into shares which took place during the months of September, October and November, the board of directors ofAlgreen of November 10 noted a capital increase of 328,499.97 euros, i.e. a creation of 15,642,853 shares.
8,761,902 shares for the conversion of the nominal value of the OCEANEs and 6,880,951 shares for compensation to compensate for a conversion price of the OCEANEs lower than the nominal value of the shares.
The new share capital is 462,981.13 euros made up of 22,046,718 shares with a par value of 0.021 euros.
