Alstom: co-optation of Philippe Petitcolin to the board of directors


(AOF) – The board of directors of Alstom has co-opted Philippe Petitcolin as independent director to replace Jay Walder, who has resigned, for the duration of the latter’s remaining term of office, namely until the end of the general meeting of June 20, 2024. Jay Walder was also appointed censor until the same date.

The co-optation of Philippe Petitcolin as director will be subject to ratification by the general meeting of June 20, 2024, which will also have to decide on the renewal of his mandate as director as well as on the appointment of Jay Walder as director. administrator, in the latter two cases for a period of 4 years.

As announced by Alstom, the separation of the functions of president and general manager will become effective at the end of this general meeting.

On this date, Philippe Petitcolin will assume the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors, with Henri Poupart-Lafarge continuing to assume general management of the company.
