(CercleFinance.com) – Alstom announces that it has finalized the syndication of its 12-month revolving credit line of 2.25 billion euros with two six-month extension options at its discretion with a pool of 20 banks international transactions, a ‘largely oversubscribed’ transaction.
“It demonstrates the quality of the relationship and support that Alstom benefits from from its banks, to finance fluctuations in its working capital needs as well as the general needs of the company,” underlines the railway equipment manufacturer.
The banks also approved the second one-year extension of its two other revolving credit facilities, extending the 2.5 billion euros until January 2029 and the 1.75 billion until January 2027.
