Altarea: the new shares will be delivered on July 4

(Boursier.com) — The shareholders ofAltarea had the option of opting for the payment of the 2022 dividend in shares up to 50% of the dividend of 10 euros per share, subject to an issue price of 95.81 euros per share. Taking into account the total number of eligible shares, the total amount of the subscription amounts to 28,207,326.29 euros.

The family group of Alain Taravella, Founding Chairman of Altarea, has subscribed to the extent of its rights within the limit imposed by current stock market regulations on excessive acquisition speed, i.e. for 266,122 new shares, thus reiterating its confidence in Altarea’s ability to create long-term value.

A total of 294,409 shares were subscribed, representing a capital increase of a nominal amount of 4,498,569.52 euros.

The dividend will be paid to shareholders on July 4, 2023, in cash and by delivery of new shares.

Capital increase reserved for employees

In addition, a capital increase operation was launched for the benefit of Altarea Group employees through the FCPE fully invested in Altarea shares. At the end of the subscription/withdrawal periods allowing eligible employees to participate in this operation, the total amount of the FCPE subscription is €2,113,536.36, for a subscription price set at €82.29.

The capital increase reserved for this FCPE will result on July 4 in the issue of 25,684 new shares, corresponding to a capital increase of a nominal amount of 392,451.52 euros.

The new shares issued as part of these operations will be created and admitted to trading on Euronext Paris on July 4, 2023.
The share capital will be increased on this date to 316,240,484.46 euros, divided into 20,695,897 shares, all of the same category.
