(Boursier.com) — The Group Altheora announces the acquisition of the entire capital of Chris-France Plastiques, a company specializing in the development and production of large-format thermoplastic injection molded parts. The Group is thus extending its injection offer to large parts, and is strengthening its position in the innovative industry of converting composite materials and polymers.
For more than 50 years, Chris-France Plastiques has supported its customers from design to industrialization. The company, in the heart of the Plastics Valley in Oyonnax, addresses various markets including construction (water treatment, electricity, etc.), automotive, sports and leisure, mass distribution. The 14,000 m2 site has high-performance production facilities ranging from 25 to 2,300 tonnes. All injection techniques are thus mastered to respond to the most diverse problems, from small to large series. Chris-France Plastiques is recognized for its ability to guarantee the quality of parts and functions resulting from complex and very specific specifications. The company achieves a turnover of more than 10 ME. Chris-France Plastiques will enter the scope of consolidation as of December 31, 2022.
