(CercleFinance.com) – Invest Securities has informed the AMF that, during the duration of the simplified public purchase offer (OPAS) targeting Altur Investissement shares, i.e. from January 26 to February 8 inclusive, Suffren Holding has acquired, at a unit price of 11 euros, 356,648 shares.
Consequently, at the closing of the OPAS, the initiator holds together with François Lombard, directly and indirectly, 3,636,578 shares, or 92.63% of the capital and 92.59% of the voting rights. The suspension of share trading is maintained until further notice.
