The Canal+ group, owned by Vivendi VIV.PA, announced the appointment of Amandine Ferré to the position of financial director.
She will succeed Grégoire Castaing, deputy general director of the group in foreign exchange finance and strategy, and will take up her position on September 16.
Amandine Ferré has held the position of financial director in charge of the IPO project since April 2024.
