In an interview with Jordan De Luxe for Télé-Loisirs, Amandine Pellissard spoke about the drug problems she had in the past. A period of his life that still has consequences today.

Recently, during an interview granted to Jordan De Luxe for Tele-Leisure, Amandine Pellissard thus evoked the drug problems which she faced in the past. Indeed, she was addicted to heroin, following abuse she suffered from her uncle. “I used hard drugs in my youth“, she admits. And to continue: “we must already identify the basic problem, why we end up consuming, and why we consume more in this way. Of course, dating has a lot to do with it. If, at some point, you flinch and it’s a slightly malicious person who takes you under their wing, it’s over.“
Lifelong treatment
If she is now sober, Amandine Pellissard must take treatment for life: “I have been on methadone since my young adult life“, she reveals. Medications that she must take at the risk of ending up with negative effects: “heroin makes the body physically sick, it results in very serious physical symptoms. I managed to integrate that it was a treatment like a diabetic person for example. This is a daily treatment that I will probably need all my life.“If she has now accepted the idea of taking this treatment on a daily basis, she still draws a lesson from it: “cIt’s not much but every day it reminds me of my mistakes.
