Germany-wide disruption with Alexa: The language assistant of the Echo speakers from Amazon is currently not responding to requests and remains silent.
Amazon’s voice assistant Alexa is currently refusing to work. Any voice command will be ignored.
Update April 5th: There is now also a statement from Amazon confirming that the disruption has been eliminated.
On Monday evening we had an issue that impacted some Alexa customers’ ability to interact with the service. The Alexa service is now operating normally.
