Summer was tempting Amazon is already attracting numerous bargain hunters with Prime Day. Before the start of the Christmas season and before the infamous Black Friday in November, the shipping giant is now offering members discounts on numerous products at another shopping event.

Today, Tuesday, October 10th, and tomorrow, Wednesday, there will again be deals from a wide range of categories for a total of 48 hours, on which Prime members can probably save a lot – this time under the title Prime Deal Days. Amazon has announced that select items on the company’s platform will be offered at their lowest prices of the year so far.

Cheap fashion, even cheaper technology

As usual, more products will be unlocked during the shopping campaign, which customers with Prime membership can then purchase. Amazon announced back in September that a lot of things will be included again, from electronics to household items and toys.

On the one hand, there are sometimes discounts on Amazon’s own devices, including the smart speakers in the Echo series. On the other hand, in the fashion sector there will be discounts of up to 30 percent on branded items from brands such as Swarovski, Calvin Klein, Puma and Tommy Hilfiger. Selected items from Acer, HP, Samsung, Bosch Professional and Philips Sonicare will also be offered in the technology sector at the lowest prices to date on Amazon in 2023.

Not only German users have access, Amazon customers in Austria are also keen to save. There are also Prime Deal Days in 17 other countries, including France, Italy, Belgium, Canada, the USA and Great Britain.

Save with the well-known Prime trick

As already mentioned, only members of the paid Amazon Prime offer can take part in the campaign. If you are not yet a customer, a well-known trick can help you save. Users can take advantage of a 30-day free trial period for Amazon Prime. New customers can not only take advantage of possible bargains, but also use other services included. This also includes the video streaming service Prime Video.

Trainees and students receive six months free of charge and then a 50 percent discount on membership. People in Germany and Austria who are exempt from the broadcasting fee requirement/GIS can also book membership for around half the price of 4.49 euros per month. The same applies to owners of a social pass from a participating city such as Bremen, Chemnitz, Dortmund, Cologne or Mannheim. Those interested can find more detailed information on the Amazon page.
