AMC: new dilution, new plunge on Wall Street

The stock has fallen almost 40% since the start of the year and more than 90% over one year. The group has in fact concluded an agreement for a new fundraising of $250 million through ATM offering. The former star stock of Wall Street continues to dilute its unfortunate shareholders. The group, in deficit and in debt, finances itself through regular offers of new securities, hampering any attempt at a rebound on the stock market.
