A few weeks before the release of the new processors and motherboards stamped AMD, the rumors are more precise.
If AMD has not yet been so precise, most observers agree that the American is preparing for a launch of its Ryzen 7000 series processors around mid-September.
Four CPUs, from 7600X to 7950X
An output which would initially only concern four processor references, as was the case for the Ryzen 5000 generation. A change however since the 7700X would already be in the game when it had been necessary to wait more than a year the 5700X.
Four processors therefore for which the prices had already been the subject of rumours. These are today reinforced by a leak related to the online store PC Canada. Keep in mind, however, that all of this still has no official value.
According to the retailer who only lists “OEM” models – therefore not boxed – the Ryzen 9 7950X would be at 870 euros, the Ryzen 9 7900X at 592 euros, the Ryzen 7 7700X at 467 euros and the Ryzen 5 7600X at 323 euros . Prices in line with previous rumors.
New “X670” motherboards
You probably already know this, but to accompany this series of Ryzen processors, AMD has planned a new generation of motherboards around the AM5 socket. Two chipsets have already been announced to directly support the launch, the X670E and X670.
Logically, most of AMD’s partners have confirmed the release of motherboards around these chipsets and today we have details on the prices envisaged by MSI. Of course, as with CPUs, these prices are still questionable.
Relayed by Videocardz, these prices come to us from Italian shops and concern two references: the MSI Pro X670-P is announced between 374 and 426 euros while the MSI MPG X670E Carbon Wi-Fi is between 562 and 640 euros. In both cases, unlike CPUs, taxes are included.
