Indeed, as our colleagues from the Parisian, the Versailles Court of Appeal reduced the sentence which had been decided by the Nanterre court. The latter had chosen to subject Patrick Antonelli to fifteen months’ imprisonment with revocation of two suspended sentences of three and six months. But the Court of Appeal ruled for eight months in prison, a sentence fitted with the wearing of an electronic bracelet in the case of fraud in judgment, illegal exercise of the profession of security guard and falsification of its turnover to receive Covid-related aid.
