Amira Pocher: “Splattered with blood” – she witnessed a terrible act

It sounds like a nightmare, but it has become a bitter reality for Amira Pocher. At the age of 13, the wife of comedian Oliver Pocher witnessed a terrible deed, as she has now revealed in the joint podcast.

Actually, the podcast by Amira Pocher, 29, and comedian Oliver Pocher, 43, is light fare, rarely serious issues. But now the presenter reveals a dark chapter from her teenage years – which could be the perfect material for a horror film …

Amira Pocher witnessed a terrible act at the age of 13

Oliver Pocher’s wife was actually about to drive home from school and was standing at the bus stop fully loaded. “I had tucked my portfolio under my arm to paint,” recalls the mother of two now. But then what happened, which she would never have thought possible: “In front of my eyes someone was stabbed” reveals Amira and even reveals details of the terrible act.

“One guy chased another and stabbed him while he was running. I stood right in between and was splattered with blood.” The absolute horror! The victim then finally collapsed 200 meters further. Despite Amira being an eyewitness to the incident, her mother forbade her to testify to the police. The reason: “[Meine Mama] was afraid that he [der Täter] wants to take revenge on me, “she explains.

Amira was at risk of contracting hepatitis C.

But it gets worse! A few days later, the police suddenly knocked on Amira’s parents’ house. The reason: the victim was sick. Amira recalls what the officers said to her parents: “We have to examine your daughter because the victim who was stabbed had hepatitis C”. She then had to have herself tested regularly for three months. At this point in time her younger brother had just been born, which Amira was therefore not allowed to hold in her arms. “That hurt me so much,” she continues in the podcast.

The now 29-year-old believes that the victim survived the crime 17 years ago, but she will never forget the terrible event. Like the perpetrator himself, it was forever burned into Amira’s memory.
