Among CAC 40 employees, real advantages which do not erase a lack of fairness

Stellantis communicated that its employees were “rewarded to the tune of 1.9 billion euros worldwide”, touting its programs “variable remuneration and redistribution”and his new “employee shareholding plan”. TotalEnergies, for its part, recalled its “measures in favor of [ses] collaborators »of which “a 5% salary increase envelope”, “a new value sharing bonus of between 2,000 and 4,000 euros, and profit-sharing paid in 2023 of more than 9,100 euros on average per employee”.
