Amundi: appointments

(Boursier.com) — Céline Boyer-Chammard has been appointed Director of the Sustainable Transformation and Organization division. She is a member of the management committee ofAmundi.
Olivier Mariage, Chief Executive Officer of CPR AM, has been appointed Director of the Joint-Ventures division of Amundi. He is a member of the management committee of Amundi.

Céline Boyer-Chammard has a long experience in the consulting sector. Until 2022, she was Associate Director of the Boston Consulting Group. A member of the Financial Services, Sustainable Development and Technology centers of expertise, she has accompanied many international clients (banks, asset managers, insurance companies) through their major transformations. She was European co-leader of the subject of responsible finance. She also worked with the Crédit Agricole group for several years, particularly on finance and responsible investment topics. She joined Amundi in June 2022 as Chief Sustainable Transformation Officer and became a member of the Executive Committee.
Céline Boyer-Chammard is a graduate of the École Polytechnique (class of 1991) and the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (1996). She also holds an MBA from INSEAD (2000).

Olivier Bride has spent part of his career within the Axa group. In 1997, he was appointed director of private management at Axa Investment Managers. After having held several positions of responsibility in Japan and the United Kingdom, Olivier became Marketing Director of the AXA Group from 2009 to 2012. He was then appointed CEO of Axa Wealth Management and Director of Business & Distribution Savings within Axa France where he oversees the activities of 3,500 employees. In 2017, he took over the commercial management of Axa France before becoming Chairman and CEO of Direct Assurance in January 2020.
Olivier Bride joined Amundi in September 2021 as Chief Executive Officer of CPR Asset Management and member of the Amundi Executive Committee.
Olivier Bride is a graduate of the Institut Supérieur de Gestion (Paris).
