PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones) – Asset manager Amundi finalized the acquisition of Lyxor from the Société Générale banking group on Friday.

“All the necessary regulatory and competitive authorizations have been obtained” and “this transaction was carried out for a total price of 825 million euros, two months ahead of schedule,” Amundi and Société Générale said in a press release.
