Amusement park ranking 2021: These are the top 25 in Germany

Good Weather, low infection rates and enough to drink: that’s all you need in 2021 to spend a fun day at the amusement park. The travel portal “Travelcircus” has now chosen the 25 best parks in Germany.

1. Europapark, Rust

The Europapark in Rust continues to lead the amusement parks: Not only the “Traveler’s Choice Award“Tripadvisor went to the Europapark again this year, but Travelcircus has again awarded the top position to the amusement park in the border triangle. With over 100 attractions, the popular park has been convincing since 1975.

2. Phantasialand, Bühl

Phantasialand took second place. The spacious park near Bühl especially attracts guests who want to ride the dreaded “Black Mamba” roller coaster.

3. Heidepark, Soltau

The Heidepark near Hamburg took third place in this year’s ranking. The wooden roller coaster “Colossos”, which opened in 2019, will again ensure a lot of adrenaline and screaming this year.

4. Holiday Park, Hassloch

The Holiday Park in Hassloch landed in fourth place in the Travelcircus ranking this year. The amusement park is best known for its fast roller coasters and water attractions.

5. Hansa Park, Sierksdorf

The Hansa-Park on the Baltic Sea does particularly well in terms of visitor rating and price-performance ratio.

6. Tripsdrill Adventure Park, Cleebronn

The Tripsdrill adventure park took sixth place. Two roller coasters opened in the park near Stuttgart last year. The hanging roller coaster “head over heels” provides an extra adrenaline rush, while “full steam” remains on the more family-friendly side.

7. Movie Park Germany, Bottrop

At Movie Park Germany, everything revolves around film-related attractions. TV and cinema productions have even been shot in their own studios in the park.

8. Bayern Park, Reisbach

Bayern-Park in Reisbach made it into the top ten for the first time this year. With its many water attractions, especially in summer, guests get their money’s worth.

9. Serengeti Park, Hodenhagen

The Serengeti Park is a mix of zoo and amusement park that is particularly popular with children. It houses around 1500 animals and offers more than 40 rides.

10. Allgäu Skyline Park, Bad Wörishofen

The top ten will be rounded off by the Allgäu Skyline Park in 2021. As the name of the park already suggests, everything here revolves around the theme of the “skyline”. The park opened the world’s largest chain carousel in 2020 – not for the faint of heart.

11-25 most popular amusement parks

In eleventh place is the Ketteler Hof, followed by Potts Park and Rasti-Land. The Plohn amusement park was in 14th place, followed by the Tolk-Schau family amusement park and the Taunus Wunderland in 16th place. The Churpfalzpark took 17th place, Erse-Park 18th and Fort Fun Abenteuerland 19th in 20th place Legoland Germany is followed by Beck Castle and Thurm Castle. The Steinwasen-Park, the Jaderpark and the Eifelpark Gondorf are on the 23rd to 25th place.
