An ex-Miss drugged without her knowledge: her revolting testimony

Anyone can be affected… On Sunday, a former Miss lived a real nightmare. This is Ophély Mézino, first runner-up to Miss France 2019. The young woman was drugged without her knowledge and was rushed to hospital. The one who came second in the Miss World 2019 contest is not used to spreading her life on social networks. But today, Ophély Mézino has decided to come out of her silence to tell her story and share their trauma. “I kinda disappeared from social media since Sunday night… not because I wanted to, but hey, I didn’t have much choice” first explained the young woman on her Instagram account. She then confided that she was victim of “the date rape drug”. But if the pretty Miss confides in her fans today, it is mainly for the purpose of prevention.

Ophely Mezino “By reflex, I went home”

Ophély Mézino tells on Instagram how she was drugged in the evening. ”An ill-intentioned person poured the notorious ‘date-rape drug’ into my drink during a nightclub party on Sunday evening. So I spent a day in the emergency room on Monday.” she explains on the social network. “I started to feel bad quite quickly and by reflex I went home. And fortunately, by chance, there is a friend at home who took over, I was almost ‘inert’ in my bathtub” says the young woman. Ophély Mézino then describes a traumatic and painful situation. ”You are not guilty of anything. We are all cautious at the moment, I am all the time, I am very careful, but malicious people are everywhere. she added. The pretty Miss also clarified that she had no intention of stopping living her life as she wishes. Her testimony and her confidences have done her good, but what she wants above all, it’s that fear and shame are finally changing sides!
