Fans get to see the “Sex and the City” sequel “And Just Like That …” with Carrie, Charlotte and Miranda earlier than expected.
Good news for all “Sex and the City” fans: The spin-off “And Just Like That …” starts earlier than previously assumed. Like HBO Max now announced with a nearly 40-second video, will premiere the new episodes with Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker, 56), Charlotte (Kristen Davis, 56) and Miranda (Cynthia Nixon, 55) this December. Previously, it was said that the spin-off will not be seen on HBO Max until 2022.
None other than Sarah Jessica Parker announces the start month for “And Just Like That …” in the video, which shows some scenes from the set in the middle of New York City. “Hello from New York City, Fifth Avenue, we’re filming the next chapter of ‘Sex and the City’ (…) with some beloved friends,” said the Carrie actress. However, the streaming service left a specific date for the new series open. The original series “Sex and the City” aired from 1998 to 2004.
