Andrea Berg, 57, has a packed schedule and tours from one performance to the next. Only at the end of the weekend was the pop singer back on stage in front of 35,000 fans at her traditional home game concert in Aspach. In sexy cut-out jeans with a bustier top and mesh top, she performs her songs, dances, jumps and proves what she reveals in an interview with RTL: “I’m in the best shape of my life”.

A disciplined routine that is also reflected in the diet of the hit star. Schnitzel with fries? Only very rarely end up on the plate of the 57-year-old! Instead, eat low fat and low carbohydrates. Restrictions, however, mean that Andrea Berg is currently in the “best form of her life”, as she revealed to RTL. Her body fat percentage is currently 15 percent. For orientation: According to the “DAK Gesundheit” the normal value of body fat in women is between 20 and 30 percent.

Andrea Berg likes to emphasize her legs

The fact is: Andrea Berg feels comfortable in her own skin – and she shows it in tight outfits. She particularly likes to focus on her long legs, saying: “You can put make-up on a face, but you can no longer paint long legs”.
