Andrea Casiraghi + Tatiana Santo Domingo: A secret aristocratic wedding

Andrea Casiraghi and Tatiana Santo Domingo have never made a big fuss about their relationship; the eldest son of Caroline von Hannover and the granddaughter of Julio Mario Santo Domingo (†) prefer to enjoy their love in private. So it wasn’t a big surprise that the couple wanted to avoid media hype as much as possible during their wedding.

Andrea Casiraghi and Tatiana Santo Domingo celebrate with exclusive guests

After Andrea and Tatiana swore their eternal love for each other on August 31, 2013 during a civil wedding in the Prince’s Palace of Monaco, they sealed their vows on February 1, 2014 with a church wedding in the Swiss town of Rougemont near Gstaad. The fashion designer spent many wonderful years of her childhood and youth here. One reason why she and her loved one celebrated their happiness again in a snowy winter landscape – with selected guests.

New York high society travels to Switzerland

Many photos for the public were not taken during the aristocratic wedding, but resourceful photographers were still able to photograph one or two guests arriving in front of the church. Of course, Andrea’s siblings Pierre and Charlotte Casiraghi as well as uncle Prince Albert took part in the wedding, but New York high society was also represented by the journalist Derek Blasberg. It is also no secret that the Monegasque royal family has a great passion for fashion, and so design legends Christian Louboutin and Valentino Garavani were invited to the celebrations in Switzerland alongside the bride and groom’s exclusive circle of friends.

Happy family with three children

Tatiana Santo Domingo and Andrea Casiraghi became parents for the first time on March 21, 2013, and their son Alexandre Andrea Stefano was born. Two years later, on April 12, 2015, little Monegasse had a sister named India. The girl was born in London. On April 19, 2018, son Maximilian Rainier completed the trio.
