Anker Soundcore announces the Sleep A20, headphones to make falling asleep easier

On the occasion of International Sleep Day, Anker has lifted the veil on the Sleep A20. Succeeding from the Sleep A10, these headphones promise to make falling asleep easier thanks to several technical features.

First of all, in order to block external noise, the earbuds are equipped with Twin-Seal tips. According to the brand, these offer passive insulation three times more effective than traditional silicone tips. Anker also emphasizes that the Sleep A20s benefit from a compact design ensuring comfort of use at all times, even for people used to sleeping on their side. In addition to this, around ten tips are included so that the headphones adapt to all ears.

To further reduce ambient noise and help us fall asleep quickly, the Sleep A20s can obviously broadcast sound. In addition to music, Anker’s new devices can emit various white noises and “Soundcore Acoustic Lab noise masking solutions to silence common disturbances like snoring and neighbor chatter”. They also have an intelligent feature that automatically adjusts the volume based on outside noise.

Anker’s Sleep A20s also offer a built-in alarm, automatic sleep monitoring with position tracking and a location system that lets you ring the headphones so you can find them under the duvet in seconds.

In terms of autonomy, Anker announces 14 hours of listening to white noise (80 hours with the charging case) or 10 hours of streaming music from your smartphone.

The Sleep A20s will be available via Kickstarter at €89.99 from April 16, 2024 and on Amazon in the United States from May 20. For Europe, we should expect a price higher than that of the Sleep A10, currently sold at €129.99. Anker has not yet announced a release window for its new headphones.
