Endometriosis makes it difficult for Anna Wilken to fulfill her desire to have children. But the former GNTM participant is fighting for her dream and now has good news to announce: her last embryo transfer went “very well”.

Anna Wilken, 26, wants nothing more than a baby. But the former GNTM candidate suffers from endometriosis – a common reason for an unfulfilled desire to have children. That’s why the influencer and her partner Sargis Adamyan, 29, have been trying to get pregnant using artificial insemination for three years. She always gives her Instagram followers an insight, reports on the surgeries she has performed to make her biggest dream come true. Now the 26-year-old is turning to her fans with hopeful news.

Anna Wilken: “The embryo transfer went very well”

Already on Saturday morning, November 19, 2022, Anna Wilken announced in her Instagram story that another intervention was imminent. After she received an infusion, an embryo transfer was carried out. After this, it was already “woken up happy”: “I enjoyed the morning and the moments so much.” Egg cells were removed from Anna by a so-called follicular puncture, which were then fertilized by in vitro fertilization. The fertilized egg cells are then placed in an incubator. Blastocysts (single-cell stage after five days) are often used for the embryo transfer, as these have a higher probability of implanting.

“Today was so incredibly beautiful and emotional because today our little fighter was used,” continues Anna Wilken in a post that shows a photo of her with an ultrasound image. “It was one beautiful moment after another. Of our four fertilized eggs, three became blastocysts,” she explains, adding that “I shed a few tears” of relief. And further: “It was a relief for me and it’s hard to believe that after all these years everything is going so well. It’s just wonderful! The embryo transfer also went very well. [sic]”

Your “little fighter” should make himself comfortable

After the operation, she lies on the sofa full of joy and gratitude and notes that her “little fighter” can now make herself comfortable. “The white dot is our little fighter and shines in all its glory!” She writes in relation to the ultrasound image. In her story, she later calls on her fans to keep their fingers crossed for her. Said and done. A number of comments from fans and stars, who encourage the former GNTM participant, are collected under their contribution. Among other things, Jana Ina Zarrella, 45, Riccardo Simonetti, 29, and Ursula Karven, 58, wish the influencer only the best.
