Jungle camp surprise: Eric Stehfest receives lines from his mother

On day 14, the stars receive letters from their family members, causing a flood of tears. Filip Pavlović, 27, receives lines from his sister that visibly move him. “Mom and Dad would like to walk around in shirts with your face and your last digit,” says an excerpt from the letter. Not a matter of course for Filip, because his parents are said to have not always had it easy with him. “I don’t have the best school leaving certificate, I started three apprenticeships and didn’t finish any. I never gave them any reason to be proud of me,” said the 27-year-old.

But one post caused a particular stir: Eric Stehfest, 32, not only received loving words from his wife Edith, but also received surprising news from his mother. That was exactly the goal of the ex-GZSZ star, who had not had any contact with his mother for a year. Now he holds his dearest wish in his hands. “I heard your message. But now enjoy these adventures and have fun,” Eric’s mother tells him. The actor can hardly believe it and is visibly touched. “To be honest right now it means everything to me that my mum reached out. Hi mum, I’m filled with humility and gratitude that you’re so brave and reaching out to me again. I love you!”

I love you – a sentence that Anouschka Renzi, 57, would like to say to her mother again. In the jungle, the actress opens the tragic farewell that took place between daughter and mother in the hospital when Eva Renzi had been suffering from lung cancer for a year. “I nursed her. Then she lay [im] hospital and I visited her. And she’s like, ‘Go away.’ The moment I was almost out the door, I hear: ‘Please don’t go!’ I left because I was so hurt. But I should have stayed because that night she died. Such things are in the soul,” recalls the 57-year-old, who can only speak of her mother in tears.

Another scandal: Anouschka and Harald refuse the jungle challenge

In addition to the numerous tears, another emotion is spreading through the camp: bewilderment. Because again there is a refusal to take the exam. Anouschka and Harald actually have to face the game “make memory great again”. The stars have to remember 16 pictures on a wall. “If you answer wrong, the other person goes into the tank with offal, meat waste, fish loins and much more,” explains moderator Daniel Hartwich, 43. But it doesn’t even get that far. Harald Glööckler, 56, refuses the test on the grounds that, as a vegetarian, you cannot sit in animal entrails. Anouschka is above all disgusted by the smell that threatens her afterwards. “Linda stunk for four days afterwards. I don’t want that either,” said the 57-year-old. That meant: zero stars and therefore no menu for the camp residents.
