Apache 207 conquered the German single charts with its title "Angst". At the beginning of the year, AC / DC shot to the top of the album charts.
It was only on New Year's Eve that rapper Apache 207, born in Volkan Yaman (23), released his new song "Angst" and he already made it to the top position in the first official single charts of the year – his eighth number one hit. According to GfK Entertainment, Ufo361 & Bonez MC with "7" and Master KG feat. Burna Boy & Nomcebo Zikode with "Jerusalema".
In the official German album charts, AC / DC conquered the first chart top of the year with "Power Up". The Australian band's album was also the most successful of the past year. Schlagerqueen Helene Fischer (36) lands in second place with her album "The Helene Fischer Show – My Most Beautiful Moments (Vol. 1)". The Top 5 is rounded off by Kerstin Ott (38) and "Ich muss Dir was sein", Metallica with "S&M 2" and Paul McCartney (78) with his album "McCartney III".
