Recently, a publication on Reddit seems to indicate what plans Respawn and Electronic Arts have in store for us for Apex Legends, especially in terms of game modes. the Arenas mode, which seems a bit neglected lately, with no additions, could be removedat least temporarily, in favor of the ever-popular Control mode when available. So we could see Control mode evolve, and maybe even welcome a ranked mode.
In addition, a hardcore mode would also be offered, without any information indicated on the screen, to make the experience much harder. This leak also mentions upcoming changes to the maps, but also the arrival of the Heatwave temporary mode.
Of course, this information should be taken with a grain of salt, since it is not official. Nevertheless, Respawn should speak very soon, mainly to tease short-term novelties, including that of the next season and the additions for the fourth anniversary of Apex Legends, which will arrive very soon. Remember that the last time a rumor of such magnitude had emerged, it was partly confirmed in the months that followed.
