After introducing us well to the story of Mad Maggie, the new legend, Apex Legends – Dissent delivers its first gameplay video so we can see what we can experience for this next big update.
A new 9vs9 mode
Respawn and EA finally tell us about the content of this Apex Legends – Dissent which will land on February 8. At the top of the list is a brand new rather atypical game mode: Control.
This is a temporary mode that allows 2 teams of 9 players to compete for territory control. The principle is simple, you must keep the 3 territories under your control as long as possible in order to reach the number of points required to win the game.
Suffice to say that team play should be particularly interesting with such large numbers for the Battle Royale used to teams of 3.
Mad Maggie the saboteur
Mad Maggie finally shows what she is capable of. From what we understand, it isa very aggressive legend who can be formidable by activating his rage. His ultimate seems to be this bouncing ball that should do heavy damage if you stay in its path.
Our strong head is also responsible for the new state of Olympus. The map has indeed been sabotaged and a large part of the objects and buildings have been moved.
New battle pass and 3rd anniversary
Obviously, Apex Legends – Dissent is sure to introduce a brand new Battle Pass, but Respawn also announces that rewards will be offered during the first 3 weeks of the update on the occasion of the 3rd anniversary of the game.
