Electronic Arts and Respawn unveiled the new collection event for Apex Legends, which should appeal to players, for several reasons. We offer you a summary of all the important information concerning this event, which will be available from June 21 on the battle royale.
Apex Legends Awakening Collectible Event
An environment for Lifeline
To begin with, note that the Awakening event introduces a new environment, a clinic, dedicated to Lifeline. We find it on Olympus in the northeast of the map, just between the Gardens and the Tower District. Naturally, in its center, a care system can be found, provided that the infirmary is loaded. A console to request a support pack is also included, but can only be used once per game.
Return from Control mode
Control mode returns to Apex Legends as expected. Several improvements are made, such as better matchmaking, to complete games in progress during which players have abandoned, or the possibility of taking control of Ad Drones.
Event Skins
As always, exclusive skins can be collected by players. For example, a new series of 24 cosmetics is introduced, including legendary skins for Horizon, Fuse and Ash. If you get all the Awakening event skins, then you will unlock Legacy set for Valkyrie, Suzaku. A spear whose tip can be divided into three parts to be even more blunt.
Note that in addition to all this, an update will be deployed, allowing certain points to be corrected while bringing some balancing. The Awakening Collection Event is coming to Apex Legends on Tuesday, June 21.
