The new season of Apex Legends, Dissent, comes with its share of novelties. Exit this February 8 for all players, it includes within it a new legend, Mad Maggie, the terrible warlord. However, this is not all that awaits players in this new season sincea new game mode was also announced, and this time, nothing to do with the Battle Royale. In this new mode, named Controlwhich leaked a week ago, you will compete in 9v9 against another team. The objective will be to capture objectives to reach a certain number of points before your opponent. This mode will however be for a limited time, during the first three weeks of the season.
Moreover, these are also big changes to the Olympus card that have been made this season, the city having been ravaged by a surprise attack from Mad Maggie. Finally, this new season is also the perfect occasion to celebrate the third anniversary of Apex Legends. During the first three weeks of the season, players will therefore be able to collect exclusive rewards. From February 8 to 15, these are three theme packs for Octane (in addition to Octane for players who do not have it) will be offered to all players, from February 15 to 22, it will be this time for Wattson that the same concept will be applied and finally, from February 22 to March 1, these will be theme packs for Valkyrie which will be offered to all.
