On February 8, just days after the battle royale’s third anniversary, the Dissidence season will kick off. This will bring Mad Maggie, a new badass and revolutionary Legend, which should quickly be appreciated by the community. In an effort to highlight some of the content that will be coming, as Respawn and Electronic Arts will be revealing more to us in the next few days, the launch trailer has already been released.
In this one, we can catch a glimpse of Mad Maggie meeting up with the other fighters from the Apex Games, and some of them aren’t particularly happy, including her former friend, Fuse. The other takeaway from this trailer is the fact that the Olympus card, the third inApex Legends, will experience some changes (which still remain mysterious). However, we could find the city floating in a whole different place, given that it is simply teleported in this trailer. This should also lead to significant changes to the map itself.
For the rest, we will have to wait before knowing more. However, we already know that a limited-time mode will be released within three weeks of the release of the Dissidence season. Named Control, it will require two teams of nine to compete and take control of certain important points. New information will be shared in early February, before the Dissent season arrives on all platforms on February 8, 2022.
