APICIL Group: Éric Rosenthal appointed Deputy CEO Savings & Financial Services

(Boursier.com) — The APICIL Group announces the appointment of Éric Rosenthal as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Savings & Financial Services, effective February 1, 2022. His objective will be to pursue the development of savings and expertise activities financial institution of the 3rd French social protection group. Éric Rosenthal, 51, began his career in 1996 with the Carrefour group, where he devoted himself to the development of financial services (credit, loyalty cards, savings). In 1999, he joined Zebank, an online banking project led by Bernard Arnault and the Dexia bank, as head of distribution. In 2002, he joined the Generali group as Sales and Marketing Director of Dexia Generali Santé (individual health), before becoming Regional Director of the Generali Proximité network from 2005 to 2009, the year from which he took up the position of Director of the France Assurance Conseil.

In 2011, Éric Rosenthal became Sales and Marketing Director of Legal & General. In charge of the “patrimonial savings” scope, he designs innovative and efficient savings products in this context, while developing the company’s network of wealth advisers. He retained this position when Legal & General (renamed GRESHAM) was acquired by the APICIL Group in 2015, then in 2018 was appointed Director in charge of distribution, marketing and the APICIL Savings offer, with the scope of distribution networks of GRESHAM Banque Privée (employee network), Intencial (CGPI network) and APICIL Connect (digital channel). He succeeds in this position to Renaud Célié, who is leaving the Group for other professional challenges.
