Andy Baio quickly verified that the whitepaper was also in his friends’ macOS. And indeed, it is found absolutely everywhere. The roots of web 3 would therefore have infiltrated deep inside web 2.

Hard to guess the reasons that led Bitcoin’s precious founding text to incorporate all Apple brand products. Is this a directive, an oversight, a joke from an intern passionate about cryptos? Or simply a PDF document whose ideal format would have made it possible to test the functions of the machine during its development and which should never have been discovered? This last hypothesis would seem to be the one put forward by Baio.
