Apple traditionally keeps many new products for fall, but this year it’s going to be legendary. There will never be as many new products as at the end of 2022. So what can we expect?
Mark Gurman – Bloomberg reporter and Apple insider – knows more again. According to his information, we can expect more new devices from Apple in autumn 2022 than ever before (Source: Power on, Bloomberg). Quote:
“I’ve been told that this fall Apple will be preparing the widest range of new hardware products in its history.”
Fall 2022: iPhone 14, new Macs, 3x Apple Watch and more
Of course, the expert is a little more specific and names the innovations. In a nutshell:
- four new Apple phones: iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Max, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max
- new and cheaper entry-level model of the MacBook Pro
- updated iMac with bigger screen
- new Mac Pro
- redesigned MacBook Air
- second generation of AirPods Pro
- three new Apple Watches (Series 8, SE and a particularly robust outdoor model)
- inexpensive iPad
- new iPad Pro
What a product firework. Although there is a chance that the larger iMac might be introduced sooner. Speaking of which, this also generally applies to a Mac mini or an iMac with an Apple M1 Pro chip. Such a device could become one Apple event in spring to be shown. The new iPhone SE with 5G modem and an updated fifth-generation iPad Air are already considered certain for this event.

What you should no longer expect, however, is the ominous Mixed reality headset from Apple. A premiere was originally planned for this year, but according to current information, the presentation and start of sales have been postponed, and nothing will happen before 2023.
