Apprenticeship competition – Carinthia’s successful young painters

Carinthia’s painters and coating technicians have chosen their best apprentices. The annual competition was entirely in female hands this time. The first three places went to young, creative women from Carinthia, who demonstrated what they had learned over the past few years with brushes, paint sticks and other utensils.

“Even in the preliminary rounds, only girls were at the forefront,” reports the apprentice officer Alexander Trapp. Johanna Stabentheiner from Liesing, Jasmin Tukatsch from Spittal an der Drau and Yvonne Walze from Feldkirchen competed in the final at the leisure fair in Klagenfurt. The numerous visitors to the construction and leisure fair were able to look over the shoulders of the apprentices at work, which made the girls even more nervous because the work required the highest level of precision. “I love this job” Creativity and variety in the painting profession inspire them three Carinthians for a long time. “I love this job. No day is like the other, it’s just varied and you can be infinitely creative,” says Jasmin Tukatsch enthusiastically and is already looking forward to her final apprenticeship exam in June.Successful apprenticesJohanna Stabentheiner won the state apprenticeship competition. She goes with the runner-up Yvonne Walze to the federal apprenticeship competition. Jasmin Tukatsch was happy about the third place. There were also valuable vouchers and gifts.
