(Boursier.com) — After having refocused its activities around insurance distribution and carried out an in-depth transformation of its model since its acquisition by CVC Capital Partners in 2019, which has enabled it to reconnect with a of high performance, the group april announces that it has signed a long-term strategic partnership with the international investment company KKR. By backing up with KKR, APRIL, already one of the leaders in insurance brokerage in Europe, is preparing to accelerate its development and digitalization in the borrower, health/risk and niche damage markets. , international health insurance and wealth management in France and abroad.

With revenue of 544 ME in 2021, double-digit growth momentum in 2022 and an NPS that has increased by nearly 20 points, the group has completed its transformation more than a year ahead of its Goals. On the strength of this upward trajectory and its position as the French champion in insurance distribution, the group has decided to raise its ambitions and give itself the means to become a player on a global scale.

To support this new stage of growth, the APRIL group will now be supported by KKR which, as majority shareholder, will bring its global expertise in insurance and financial services.

The transaction will be subject to customary legal and regulatory approvals.
