Aquaman 2: special effects never seen for the sequel?

Expected on December 14 in our theaters (if it does not move to avoid head-on competition with “Avatar 2”), “Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom” has something in store for us in terms of special effects. In any case, this is what Patrick Wilson promises.

We do not yet know if the film will stay on this date, and be released opposite Avatar 2. At present, Aquaman 2 is still expected on December 14 in our theaters. Four years after a first opus which had garnered 1.148 billion dollars in revenue worldwide, director James Wan is back with most of the actors.

Interpreter of the DC hero, Jason Momoa will obviously be there, as will Patrick Wilson, who lent his features to the evil King Orm in the first film, and would team up with the heir to the throne of Atlantis in this sequel, according to several rumors.

On the poster for Moonfall since Friday February 4 in the United States, the latter gave some information on Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, and notably promises new special effects: “We go further when it comes to fights and stunts”he explains to Collider. “Between The Flash and us, we’ve used some crazy and never-before-seen techniques. We’re using a lot of new special effects techniques.”

“We took over everything people reacted to [dans le premier film]. Including saying “My God, did they really do that?” (…) And there will be more here. We have found our niche. I think DC has found a way to understand every movie’s place, even in a multiverse – a term that’s overused these days.”

“The [premier] touched more than the fans, since it made a billion dollars. Which gives us the freedom to say, “You know what? We’re going to have fun. Let’s have fun.” See you at the end of the year for a fun new aquatic adventure, in which we will also find Black Manta, still played by Yahya Abdul-Mateen II.
