(Boursier.com) — In a letter received on June 3 from the AMF, the company Yorkville Advisors Global LP, acting on behalf of YA II PN Ltd, declared that on May 30 it crossed the 5% threshold downwards of the company’s capital and voting rights Archos. On that date and on June 2, she held 1,800 Archos shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 0.07% of the company’s capital and voting rights.
This crossing of thresholds results from a sale of Archos shares on the market.
Under the general market regulations, Yorkville Advisors Global LP has specified that it holds 285 bonds convertible into shares (OCA Tranche 4), convertible until December 15, 2022.
