Archos: YA II PN Ltd on the 6% in round table

(Boursier.com) — In a letter received on June 27 from the AMF, Yorkville Advisors Global LP, acting on behalf of YA II PN Ltd, declared that on June 22 it crossed upwards the 5% threshold of the capital and voting rights of the company Archos. On that date, she held 6,944,444 Archos shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 6.06% of the company’s capital and voting rights.

This crossing of thresholds results from the conversion of bonds convertible into shares (OCA).
