(Boursier.com) — In a letter received on July 1 from the AMF, Yorkville Advisors Global LP, acting on behalf of YA II PN Ltd, declared that on June 27, 2022 it crossed the thresholds of 15 % of the company’s capital and voting rights Archos. On that date, she held 501,800 Archos shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 14.55% of the company’s capital and voting rights.
This crossing of thresholds results from a sale of Archos shares on the market.
YA II PN Ltd also holds 230 bonds convertible into shares (OCA Tranche 4), convertible until December 15, 2022, the conversion conditions of which are specified in the press releases issued by Archos.
