Are Warzone skins and operators going to be transferable

With the arrival of Warzone 2 looming on the horizon, many players of Warzone wonder if their hard-earned operators and skins will carry over to the battle royale sequel.

On Warzone, players can use operators from Modern Warfare, Cold War as well as Vanguard at their convenience.

However, with Warzone 2 coming soon, many are starting to wonder if operators and skins will be transferable. After all, as the developers announced, the sequel is supposed to be a “completely new game”.

While it’s still early to start planning and details remain scarce, here’s what we currently know about Warzone 2’s transfer of operators and skins.

Will Warzone skins and operators be transferable to Warzone 2?

Activision

Currently, Warzone supports multiple Call of Duty Operators.

Although the matter has not yet been officially addressed, a leaker hinted that this is a major change from the current state of Warzone.

According to him, there will be “no integration of previous weapons”implying that all previous content such as operators, and various skins will not carry over from the original battle royale.

Also, according to the information that has surfaced so far, Warzone 2 is being “built from A to Z” using a brand new graphics engine.

Anyway, as long as Activision will not be expressed on this subject, this information should be taken with a grain of salt.
