In December, the “Great Real Estate Rendezvous” (Capital / Radio immo) received Eric Malevergnes, head of pole at the Soliha federation, an operator approved by the National Housing Agency (Anah), in order to ‘support individuals through the “Easy Living” program.

By applying for this program, people over 60 with autonomy problems can benefit from funding to cover between 35 and 50% of the cost of their work (capped between 7,000 and 10,000 euros), depending on their income levels. The work that can be financed meets a wide list, ranging from simple steps, to the installation of a handrail, including the installation of a videophone or a motion detection system for lighting … your needs and the work undertaken, approved operators validate all quotes and support you throughout your work.
