(CercleFinance.com) – Argan indicates that, on the recommendation of the nominations and remuneration committee, its supervisory board has appointed Aymar de Germay as a member of the management board as of today, replacing Frédéric Larroumets, for the remaining duration of his mandate.
Aymar de Germay joined the logistics real estate company in July 2022, after having been general manager of Tilia France, a consulting firm which supports manufacturers and public authorities in their ecological and energy transition.
As general secretary of Argan, he will also continue to monitor governance, corporate legal, administrative affairs, human resources and ESG strategy.
