(AOF) – Argan delivered to Niort the negative cold extension of 12,500 square meters of the Eurial logistics site, the milk branch of the Agrial Cooperative, bringing the whole to 33,000 square meters. The French real estate company specializing in warehouse rental emphasizes that this second phase is an opportunity to reduce the ecological footprint of the new complex. From now on, this refrigerated warehouse produces and consumes its own green energy covering 35% of electricity needs.
“The delivery of this extension is an opportunity for Eurial and Argan to consolidate their partnership with a long-term lease lasting 12 firm years covering the entire site,” adds the company.
