(CercleFinance.com) – Arkema and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) announce that they have signed a nine-year lease for approximately 25,000m2 representing 80% of the Lightwell building in La Défense, where the chemical company will set up its new head office 2024, with nearly 1,200 employees.
Benefiting from visibility on the Esplanade de La Défense, Lightwell has been completely restructured by giving pride of place to the circular economy with, for example, the reuse of the old stone facade in floor coverings.
With high environmental standards, Lightwell has demonstrated a global low-carbon approach and is part of URW’s ‘Better Places 2030’ program, which commits to halving its carbon footprint by 2030.
