(CercleFinance.com) – The company BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds which it manages, declared to the AMF to have crossed downward, on April 3, 2024, the threshold of 5% of the capital of the Arkema company and hold, on behalf of said clients and funds, 4.96% of the capital and 4.00% of the voting rights of this company.
This crossing of the threshold results from an off-market sale of Arkema shares and a reduction in the number of Arkema shares held as collateral.
