(CercleFinance.com) – Norges Bank declared to the AMF to have crossed downwards, on May 17, 2022, the threshold of 5% of the voting rights of the company Arkema and to hold 5.74% of the capital and 4.99% of the voting rights of this company.
This threshold crossing results from a sale of Arkema shares on the market.
