For the first time in history, 2 studios will launch joint crowdfunding to bring their next games to life. Wild Bunch Productionsa new team led by the creator of Wild Arms Akifumi Kaneko, wants to produce Armed Fantasia: To the End of the Wildernessand Yukikazea studio headed by the creator of Shadow Hearts Matsuzo Machida, wants to produce Penny Blood.
Armed Fantasia: To the End of the Wilderness will be a role-playing game in a universe westernpunk where we will embody Pathfinders handlers ofRMA (Aether Reaction Maximizer), powerful guns capable of eliminating creatures that threaten the ravaged world of Londenium. We will mainly follow Ingram, an adventurer who wants to find a childhood friend and will have to explore a huge open world filled with interactions, dungeons, areas to open with gadgets, traps and treasures. Combat will be turn-based, built around a dynamic system called Cross Order Tacticswhere the order in which we choose our moves will influence the damage.
Penny Blood will also be a RPG, this time set in a dark world fueled by gothic aesthetics and nightmarish imagery. We will embody it Matthew Farrellan investigator who will embark on an international investigation during the Crazy years, from the United States to Europe via Asia. This detective based in New York has cursed powers inherited from his father, which allow him to merge the elements, a compulsory passage to fight the horrific creatures he will meet on his way. This loner at heart will still have to make allies, who will fight alongside him via the system Psycho Sigilbetween turn-based clashes, hits with efficiency linked to reaction time, and points of sanity whose loss makes us gain strength, but lose composure.
